Greg is it possible to take the micro switch off of an Ion board and add about 4 inches of wire to it? If so how would i do it? By tommyfischer at 2009-09-16 Ion tray, its going to hold the board, and maybe the reg.

Yes very easy. Just heat up where the prongs go into the board with a soldering iorn, while pulling gentely on it with a pair of pliers. Once you get the switch off all you have to do is solder the wires inbetween the prongs on the back of the switch and where they used to go on the board. If you need further exlination let me known

It probably will be eventually. I got all the parts for it besides a noid, but I think I got the parts to build a noid. If it does work I doubt I will ever play with it, just cause from what I see its going to be the hottest gun ever and I don't want to mess it up. Also it is going to have some custom lazer engraving done once I get it back.
